My name is Berenice Williams, I have been working with Reiki for about 7 yrs now and in this time I have seen amazing changes in my life, I have learned the importance of acceptance and knowing that all is well and there is no need to worry. When I completed my Reiki 1 & 2 level I knew this was going to be a long spiritual journey. In 2005 I was drawn to complete the Master Level with William Rand at Stonhenge. Not long after the Master Reiki Attunement I knew I had found peace in my life and wanted to share my knowledge with others. Two years ago I travelled to Arizona where I Qualified in Crystal Healing and Reiki Drumming. I have since trained with Colours of the Soul and I am a Licensed Trainer in Scotland. I keep regular contact with students, who have completed training with me at Hartfell Holistics. Support is ongoing and I am always at hand to help with any questions that may arise.

The seven main chakras are described as being aligned in an ascending column from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each chakra is associated with a certain colour, multiple specific functions, an aspect of consciousness, a classical element, and other distinguishing characteristics.
